Shipping and return policies for UNFALL

Return Policy

If you receive physical goods that are damaged or that you believe warrant a return for any other reason, please send us a photograph of the product clearly showcasing the damage and a brief description of why you are returning it via bandcamp@unfallproductions.com or shop@iamxmusic.com. You can also include a preferred resolution if you have one (i.e. you just need part of the product replaced). We will review all return requests and reach out as soon as we can with a suggested resolution if the product is deemed deficient. We reserve the right to decline returns and exchanges if insufficient proof of deficiency or damage is shown.

Digital items are not eligible for return or exchanges.
